Elliot Tight is a Managing Director in Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA).

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2022, Mr. Tight was a Principal at Kyndle Capital, where he was responsible for identifying hedge fund and co-investment opportunities. Prior to Kyndle, Mr. Tight was a Portfolio Manager and Head of Alternatives for SFG Asset Advisors, a single-family office in San Francisco. Prior to SFG, Mr. Tight worked as a Financial Analyst at Dubai Cares, a foundation in the UAE.

Mr. Tight received a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
