Mr. Naughton is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Client Solutions for Blackstone Infrastructure. He is responsible for all limited partner relations and capital raising.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Naughton was a Managing Director and the Chief Capital Formation and Investor Relations Officer at Grain Management. He was responsible for all limited partner relationships across the firm as well as product development and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Naughton spent twenty years at Credit Suisse serving as Global Co-Head and Chairman of the Private Funds Group. In this role, he advised General Partners across all illiquid asset classes on capital raising strategies as well as managing relationships with a global universe of limited partners. With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Mr. Naughton began his career as a fixed income trader in the municipal bond division of Merrill Lynch.
