T. Max O’Neill is a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Group and is based in New York. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. O’Neill was an Associate in the tax group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, asset managers, real estate developers and private individuals, on a broad range of federal and state tax matters and transactions. Mr. O’Neill received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
