Stephen O’Connor is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BMXA). Previously, Mr. O’Connor was the Chief Compliance Officer of BXMA and before that a member of BXMA's Legal & Product Structuring team.

Before joining Blackstone in 2013, Mr. O’Connor was an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP focusing on corporate and asset management matters including fund formations, mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments.

Mr. O’Connor received a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Carver Center.
