Raymond Strecker is a Managing Director and Product Specialist within the Institutional Client Solutions group of Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Stecker worked at Oak Hill Advisors (OHA), where he was most recently Managing Director and Head of Client Solutions. In that role, he served as lead Product Specialist for OHA’s opportunistic and distressed credit strategies and led the negotiation and structuring for a number of customized credit mandates. Mr. Strecker began his career in the Risk Management group at CIFG, a monoline bond insurer, where he focused primarily on CLOs in the US and Europe.

Mr. Strecker received a BA in English and French, magna cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, with distinction, from New York University's Stern School of Business.
