Rachael De Chacon is a Managing Director within Blackstone Private Wealth based in New York. Ms. De Chacon serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Strategic Partnerships team.

Previously, Ms. De Chacon held several roles at Blackstone, including serving as a senior relationship manager overseeing key partnerships with wirehouses and private banks and as a product specialist for Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT). Before joining Blackstone, she was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, specializing in fund formation.

Ms. De Chacon earned a BA from Boston College and a JD from Fordham Law School.
