Nick Kubiak is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies ("BREDS") on the Asset Management team, based in New York. Since joining Blackstone in 2013, Mr. Kubiak has been involved in asset managing, underwriting and structuring real estate debt investments across asset types and geographies.

Mr. Kubiak received a BBA in Finance and BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, University of London (City St. George’s).
