Monica Issar is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA), where she serves as the Head of Total Portfolio Management.

Monica brings over 25 years of experience in multi-asset investing, portfolio solutions, and leadership within the financial services industry, including building and scaling investment platforms for institutional and private clients globally.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Issar worked at J.P. Morgan Global Private Bank where she served as the Managing Director, Global Head of Multi-Asset and Portfolio Solutions. In this role, she managed a $55 billion Outsourced Chief Investment Office, managing $600 billion in single- and multi-asset portfolios.

Ms. Issar received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from New York University. Ms. Issar is actively involved in several advisory boards and committees, including Girls Who Invest, Mission Asset Fund’s Board of Directors and the Advisory Board for the NYC Stern School of Business. She also served on the UNICEF Board of Directors and the Community Resource Exchange (CRE).
