Michael Culhane is a Senior Managing Director for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI), based in London. He works closely with the broader team on origination partnerships globally with a particular focus on the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Before joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Culhane was the Founder and CEO of Pepper Financial Services Group ("Pepper"). Pepper is a multi-jurisdictional lender and loan servicing business with a presence across Asia Pacific and Europe.

Mr. Culhane received a BSc in Economics with International Relations degree from the London School of Economics and is a member of the Council at Mclean Hospital in Belmont, MA.
