Michael Culhane is a Senior Managing Director and Head of International Business Development for Asset Based Finance (ABF) in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI), based in London. Mr. Culhane works on origination partnerships globally with a particular focus on the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Culhane was the Founder and CEO of Pepper Financial Services Group ("Pepper").

Mr. Culhane received a BSc in Economics with International Relations degree from the London School of Economics. Mr. Culhane is a member of the Council at Mclean Hospital in Belmont, MA.
