Max A. Wade is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Infrastructure.
Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Wade practiced law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, stockholder activism, corporate governance matters and ongoing reporting obligations.
Mr. Wade received a BA, magna cum laude, from New York University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
