Joseph Rocco is a Managing Director and Head of Treasury Capital Markets at Blackstone. In this role, he is involved in the firm's balance sheet management, leads the structuring and execution of fund-level credit facilities and partners with investment professionals to manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk across Blackstone's investment platforms. In addition to his Treasury responsibilities, Joe leads portfolio management for Blackstone's perpetual investment vehicles in Infrastructure and Private Equity targeted to individual investors, directing team responsible for managing portfolio construction, liquidity, and leverage for these platforms.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2010, Joseph worked at Moody’s, where he covered residential mortgage and asset-backed securities with primary responsibilities including rating surveillance, methodology development and sector commentary.

Joseph holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
