Jessica Soricelli is a Managing Director in the Chief Legal Office focusing on litigation and investigations.

Before joining Blackstone in 2025, Ms. Soricelli practiced at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where she focused on complex litigation and government investigations.

Ms. Soricelli received a BA in Administration of Justice, summa cum laude, and a MA in International Relations, from Salve Regina University. Ms. Soricelli received a JD, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Division.
