Managing Director
Brendan Conway is a Managing Director in Corporate Affairs. He focuses on private markets education and content strategy for Blackstone’s Private Wealth clients, as well as partnerships with organizations related to those efforts.
Before joining Blackstone in 2020, Mr. Conway was a Vice President and Speechwriter in the Office of the Chairman of Goldman Sachs, and before that a Vice President, Portfolio Strategist and ETF Strategist at Goldman Sachs. Prior to those roles Mr. Conway was an instructor in the Wharton Communication Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a fund investing columnist for Barron’s, and a derivatives and markets reporter for Dow Jones Newswires and the Wall Street Journal.
Mr. Conway is a CFA Charterholder who received his B.A. in Government from Harvard College and M.A. in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University. He serves on the Finance Committee of St. Ignatius School in the Bronx.
