Ann is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate human resources based in New York.

Before joining Blackstone, Ann was chief administrative officer (CAO) of the asset & wealth management business at Goldman Sachs, where she spent 15 years working in a variety of human resources and CAO/COO related roles focused on talent management, diversity, internal communications, headcount and organizational planning and expense management. Prior to serving as CAO, Ann was the lead human resources business partner for Goldman Sachs’ alternative asset management business.

Ann received a dual Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Delaware, where she was part of the University Honors Program.
