Managing Director
Aditya Joshi is a Managing Director and Operating Partner in the Blackstone Portfolio Operations group, where he focuses on conducting technical diligence and partnering with portfolio companies to drive product and engineering excellence.
Before joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Joshi served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Constant Contact, where he led the company’s transformation following its spin-out from Endurance, established offshore operations, and launched AI-driven capabilities that improved automation, security, and customer engagement. He was previously Chief Product & Technology Officer at Alegeus Technologies, EVP of Products & Technology at Threat Stack, and EVP & Chief Product Officer at Intralinks, where he delivered significant revenue growth, operational efficiency, and product innovation. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Avid Technology, Novell, Cambridge Technology Partners, Claremont Technology Group, and Accenture, with experience spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Joshi holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mathematics & Physics from the University of Bombay, and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
