Paul Wolpe is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) group. He is the head of the BREDS Portfolio Management Group and a senior member of the BREDS residential investment team. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Wolpe was a Managing Director at the CIT Group and an Executive Vice President at OneWest Bank prior to its sale to CIT.  Prior to OneWest Mr. Wolpe worked at Dune Capital where he was part of the team responsible for buying IndyMac Bank from the FDIC and creating OneWest.

Mr. Wolpe received a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
