Jen Abate is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone and Head of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) Channel within the firm's Private Wealth team. In this role, she leads Blackstone's efforts to grow and deepen relationships with RIAs, multi-family offices, and independent wealth management platforms, delivering access to the firm's diverse range of alternative investment solutions.

Prior to joining Blackstone in May 2025, Ms. Abate was a Managing Director at Lazard Asset Management, where she served as Head of the Financial Institutions Group. She also served on the firm's global management and global promotion committees and acted as a senior sponsor for the Lazard Women's Network.

Ms. Abate received her MBA from New York University and her BA from Fairfield University. She serves on the ICI Sales & Marketing Committee and the Advisory Board for the Fairfield University Dolan School of Business. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Money Management Institute, including as Chairperson.
