Panayiota (Toula) K. Bougiamas is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of Blackstone Credit in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.

Before joining Blackstone, Toula served for 18 years in the SEC's Division of Enforcement in the New York Regional Office, conducting all facets of complex investigations and litigation involving the federal securities laws. For seven years, Toula served as an Assistant Regional Director of the Asset Management Unit, supervising a group of attorneys and industry experts on matters pertaining to the asset management industry. Before joining the SEC, Toula served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Court of International Trade.

She received her BS from Cornell University and her JD from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review and Editor of the Second Circuit Review.
