Sr. Managing Director
Nick Pell is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (NYSE:BXDC) and is a member of BXDC’s board of directors.
Mr. Pell previously served as the President and Chief Investment Officer of Link Logistics, a Blackstone portfolio company, from 2019 to 2026. Before joining Link Logistics, Mr. Pell held various positions at Gramercy Property Trust, an investor in and asset manager of industrial and office real estate, including as Chief Investment Officer from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Pell also previously served as a director in the investment department at W. P. Carey & Co., as a director of business development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and as an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co.
Mr. Pell received a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
