Michael Diverio is a Senior Managing Director in the Infrastructure Group where he focuses on investments in the Digital Infrastructure and Transportation sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2020, he has been involved in the execution of investments in Phoenix Tower International, QTS Realty Trust, and Signature Aviation. Mr. Diverio currently serves on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Tower International and QTS Realty Trust, and as a Board Observer of Signature Aviation.

Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Diverio spent 11 years in private equity, most recently at Apollo Global Management, where he was involved in the investments in Direct ChassisLink, Blume Global, and Qdoba Mexican Eats, and served on the Board of Directors of Direct ChassisLink, Blume Global, Qdoba, and CEC Entertainment. Mr. Diverio began his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division.

Mr. Diverio received a BS in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University where he graduated magna cum laude, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
