Sr. Managing Director
Mike Diverio is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone’s Infrastructure Group, where he focuses on investments in the Digital Infrastructure and Transportation sectors, and is a member of the Board of Directors of BXDC. Since joining Blackstone in 2020, he has been involved in the execution of investments in QTS Realty Trust, AirTrunk, Signature Aviation, Rowan Digital, Phoenix Tower International, the Digital Realty and American Real Estate Partners joint ventures.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mike worked in corporate private equity, most recently at Apollo Global Management, where he was involved in the investments in Direct ChassisLink, Blume Global, and Qdoba Mexican Eats. Mike began his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division.
Mike received a BS in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mike currently serves on the boards of directors of QTS Realty Trust, AirTrunk, Signature Aviation and Phoenix Tower International, and as a member of the board of trustees of The Hun School of Princeton.
