Dave Chapman

Dave Chapman is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Technology within the Technology and Innovations group at Blackstone. He focuses on Blackstone’s firmwide technology, support solutions, and collaboration capabilities across global workspaces. He is also involved in the firm’s balance sheet investments in targeted, early stage, technology-related opportunities.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Mr. Chapman served as the Digital Workplace Leader at GE Aerospace, where he oversaw all aspects of the workplace technology footprint. Prior to this role, he held various senior roles across GE Corporate and Digital, where he played a key part in GE’s separation into three standalone companies and led several global teams that were focused on delivering technology solutions to employees across more than 100 countries.

Mr. Chapman received a BS in Software Engineering Management from the University of Bournemouth, UK.
