Our Programs
LaunchPad partners with mission-aligned nonprofit organizations to support their career readiness programming, then connects their students to our network of internship opportunities. The program bolsters summer internships with professional guidance and a powerful peer network for students to launch their career with confidence.
Through Blackstone Connects, we currently support nonprofits engaging employees across our 27 global offices. 87% of our employees participated in annual firm-sponsored charitable activities in 2025.
Launched in 2025, Blackstone Skilled Futures aims to increase access to high-quality training and employment opportunities in skilled trades, including construction and advanced manufacturing. The program supports student scholarships, institutional capacity building, and other initiatives that accelerate the skilled trade talent pipeline.
BXCF’s pilot $3 million grant in Phoenix, Arizona supports key steps along the pathway to a skilled trades career, from middle school career exploration and high school technical education to postsecondary training, industry credentials, apprenticeships, and job placement. The initiative helps more students access, complete, and succeed in training programs while strengthening the pipeline of skilled talent that employers need to grow, creating pathways to family-sustaining careers and long-term economic mobility.

BXCF brought together leaders across the nonprofit and private sector for an afternoon of connection, insight, and partnership—spotlighting board leadership, talent development, AI, and the future of funder–nonprofit collaboration to drive greater impact.
Blackstone LaunchPad NYC Intern Kickoff Event
BXCF welcomed 100 NYC LaunchPad interns for a kickoff event featuring remarks from Jon Gray, a keynote with SUNY Chancellor John King Jr., and a panel discussion on making the most of internships. Students paired up with Blackstone employees for mentoring, followed by networking sessions to build connections and get practical advice to help them navigate the summer ahead.
