Rita Mangalick is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Value Creation and Sustainability for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. The Value Creation and Sustainability team helps BXCI’s investments create meaningful value by leveraging the scale, network, and expertise of the Blackstone platform from procurement to cybersecurity to sustainability.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Mangalick led the design and implementation of Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing’s (BXMA) Sustainability program and worked with hedge fund managers to develop their sustainability programs. She was also a member of BXMA’s Business & Financial Evaluation team, performing operational due diligence of hedge fund managers. Before joining Blackstone in 2013, Ms. Mangalick was a Director at UBS Asset Management. Ms. Mangalick began her career at KPMG before joining Union Bancaire Privée.

Ms. Mangalick received her BA from The George Washington University.
