Mike Forman is the Head of Americas Acquisitions and Global Head of Digital Infrastructure for Blackstone Real Estate, and the Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (NYSE: BXDC). Blackstone is the largest owner of commercial real estate and data centers globally and is an industry leader in opportunistic, core plus and debt investing.
Since joining Blackstone in 2012, Mr. Forman has been involved in investments across several asset classes, including QTS Data Centers, AirTrunk, Digital Realty, Rowan, Related Digital, Lumina CloudInfra, COPT Defense Properties, Retail Opportunities Investment Corp, and the creation and eventual IPO of Invitation Homes.
Mr. Forman received a dual BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University, where he graduated with honors, and completed the Kellogg Financial Economics program. He also serves on the board of directors of the David Lynch Foundation and the Worthless Foundation.
