Sr. Managing Director
Ryan Ingle is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, he has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of Blackstone’s real estate investments across all major property sectors. He currently leads asset management and oversight of Blackstone’s North American logistics, retail, office, and certain residential investments. He is based in New York.
Current and past investments Mr. Ingle has been involved with include Link Logistics, Pure Industrial, American Campus Communities, Perform Properties, BioMed, IndCor, Motel 6, La Quinta, and Extended Stay.
He currently serves on the board of Coregiving, and he previously served on the board of directors of Carrix.
Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Ingle worked in Citi’s real estate investment banking group.
Mr. Ingle received a BS in Finance and a BA in Spanish from the University of Kansas, where he graduated with highest distinction.
