Blackstone to Open Kuwait Office

NEW YORK and KUWAIT CITY – 27 July 2026 – Blackstone (NYSE: BX), the world’s largest alternative asset manager, today announced plans to open an office in Kuwait through the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA), further strengthening its presence in the GCC.

Jon Gray, President and COO of Blackstone, said: “Kuwait has the resources, vision and leadership to be a key commercial and financial hub in the region. Blackstone expects the Kuwait office to open in Q3 2026. Blackstone intends to further expand its regional presence with additional offices to be announced across the GCC over the coming year.
