Managing Director
Andrew Winchell is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and the Executive Vice President of Strategy for Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (NYSE: BXDC). Mr. Winchell focuses on investment, capital allocation, and balance sheet strategy for BXDC. From 2017 to 2026, Mr. Winchell was on the Private Investments team within Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) and was involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of debt investments with a focus on digital infrastructure and data centers. Mr. Winchell worked for both the BREDS and Real Estate Capital Markets teams in London and New York.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2017, Mr. Winchell worked at Fortress Investment Group as a Real Estate Investment Analyst.
Mr. Winchell received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
