Marshall Stanton is a Managing Director on the Blackstone Operating Team. He is an Operating Executive for Blackstone’s North American private equity investments.

Before joining Blackstone in 2024, Mr. Stanton was the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President at Catalina Marketing Corporation. Previously, he was in a variety of senior executive roles at industry-leading services companies, including Aimia, Experian, Kaplan, and Nielsen. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stanton successfully launched and sold two Internet technology companies.

Mr. Stanton received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Stanton is a Life Member of Mensa International.
