Managing Director
Tejas Naphade is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group. Mr. Naphade focuses on the healthcare and industrials sectors in India, and also covers the Middle East geography. Since joining Blackstone in 2014, he has been involved in the execution of Blackstone’s investments in Quality Care, International Gemological Institute, Sphera, IDG, Mphasis, and Sona Comstar. Mr. Naphade also worked in Blackstone’s New York office for a year between 2020 and 2021.
Mr. Naphade received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he was awarded the Institute Silver Medal for graduating at the top of his program. He currently serves on the boards of Quality Care and International Gemological Institute.
