Ryan Karnes is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group where he currently focuses on new investment opportunities in the industrial/logistics sector across North America. Since joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Karnes has worked on real estate investments across several property sectors, including the acquisition of GLP’s U.S. logistics business, the privatizations of Gramercy Property Trust and PS Business Parks, as well as a variety of other transactions contributing to the growth of Blackstone's industrial platform in the U.S. (Link Logistics).

Mr. Karnes received an AB in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
