Ralph Yang is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities Group, where he focuses on executing transactions in the business services and financial technology and services verticals. Mr. Yang’s existing investments includes InComm Payments, North American Bancard, Peridot Financial and Global Supply Chain Finance, Riveron, Trilliant, and multiple Structured Risk Transfer (SRT) investments with banks. Since joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Yang has also been involved with Blackstone’s investments in BlueYonder, Cloudreach, Concert Golf Partners, Cylance, Finance of America, Locus Point, NCR, and Valkyrie Aviation.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Yang was an Associate at KKR & Co. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he graduated with honors and is a Leslie Wong Fellow as part of UBC’s Portfolio Management Foundation.
