Peter Werhahn is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group based in London, where he focuses on investment opportunities in the hospitality sector across Europe.

Since joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Werhahn has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments in Europe and the U.S., including the acquisitions of Bourne Leisure, Gramercy Property Trust, Pure Industrial REIT and Dream Global REIT. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Werhahn was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Werhahn graduated with Distinction from the University of Oxford, where he received a MSc in Financial Economics, and with First-Class Honours from the University of Mannheim, where he received a BSc in Business Administration.
