Paul Wolpe is a Managing Director and Global Head of Innovation for Blackstone Real Estate, based in New York, where he leads AI, technology and quantitative initiatives across the business; he previously served as Head of Portfolio Management in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”).
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Wolpe was a Managing Director at the CIT Group and an Executive Vice President at OneWest Bank prior to its sale to CIT. Prior to OneWest, Mr. Wolpe worked at Dune Capital where he was part of the team responsible for buying IndyMac Bank from the FDIC and creating OneWest.
Mr. Wolpe received a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
