Nikhil Vaidya is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Securities Group, part of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) group, where he focuses on investments in public real estate securities and real estate private placements.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Vaidya worked at Bank of Montreal, specializing in CMBS, RMBS, and Agency CMOs within their Securitized Products Franchise.

Mr. Vaidya received a BS in Operations Research and a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
