Musa Lone is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in San Francisco. Mr. Lone is involved with sourcing, due diligence, structuring and managing investments across the capital structure.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Lone worked at Suvretta Capital Management, a public and private equity investment firm, where he focused on investments in the financial and business services sectors. Prior to Suvretta Capital, Mr. Lone was a private equity investor in Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Area (PIA) focused on growth equity and special situations within the financial and technology sectors. Before joining Goldman Sachs’ PIA, Mr. Lone was a private equity investor at Warburg Pincus, where he focused on growth equity and special situations investments within the financial services sector.

Mr. Lone received a BA with Honors from Hofstra University.
