Michael Matejek is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Matejek worked at Goldman Sachs; first as a Repo and Interest Rate Product Desk Strategist in the Global Markets Division, and then as a Corporate Treasury Strategist where he co-ran Treasury Execution Strats and then later Deposit Modeling Strats.

Mr. Matejek received an AB in Physics (with Honors) from Princeton University and a PhD in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
