Michael Duncan is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies ("BREDS") on the Capital Markets team, based in New York. Mr. Duncan is involved in the financing strategy and execution for debt investments.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2022, Mr. Duncan worked at Wells Fargo focusing primarily on commercial real estate loan financing. Prior to that, he focused on Public Finance Investment Banking for the housing sector.
Mr. Duncan graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA charterholder.
