Mark Scarsella is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of European Investments in the Infrastructure group for Blackstone based in London.
Mr. Scarsella joined Blackstone in 2025 from J.P. Morgan’s Infrastructure Group where he was a member of the Investment Committee and Managing Director responsible for mergers and acquisitions across the Utility, Energy and Transportation sectors in Europe. Additionally, Mr. Scarsella worked at Deutsche Bank in the European Equities division. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales.
Mr. Scarsella graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce.
