Managing Director
Kristen Paladino is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. She is in the Office of the COO, where she leads the North America platform team, responsible for executing strategic and business management priorities. Ms. Paladino previously led the BXCI Value Creation team, partnering with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
Before joining Blackstone in 2019, she served for over seven years in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and began her career at Deloitte as a Regulatory and Capital Markets consultant.
Ms. Paladino received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
