Julian Parmar is a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities Group in London.
Mr. Parmar focuses on investments in the financial services sector. He has been involved with Blackstone’s investments in Rothesay Life, NIBC, Ki, Prima, Groupe Premium and reinsurance partnerships (including with AIG, AXA, Amwins and Fidelis). Mr. Parmar currently serves as a Director of Ki.
Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Parmar was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Parmar holds an MA in Mathematics from St. John’s College, University of Cambridge.
