Jud Finnegan is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance group and supports Blackstone’s Credit and Insurance business. Since joining Blackstone in 2019, Mr. Finnegan has been involved in strategic transactions, fund structuring and related projects, investment transactions, and other legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Blackstone Credit and Insurance, Mr. Finnegan worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York in the firm’s M&A and Financial Institution Groups.
Mr. Finnegan received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Duke University in 2012 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and received a J.D. with honors from The University of Chicago Law School in 2015.
