Ashley Messig is a Managing Director and Global Head of Talent at Blackstone, based in New York. In this role, she focuses on global talent, recruiting, and diversity & inclusion. Prior to her current role, Ashley served as the Global Head of Human Resources for Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI).
Before joining Blackstone, Ashley was the Global HR Business Partner for Credit at BlackRock. She brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources in financial services, with deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Ashley holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
