Ariel Amdur is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Mr. Amdur is involved with the Quantitative & Portfolio Analytics team.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Amdur worked at First Republic Bank where he was Sr. Vice President, Head of Analytics; BlueMountain Capital Management where he was Head of Risk and Desk Quant Strats; and Goldman Sachs where he was Chief Data Architect for FICC, Co-head of Bangalore Securities Division Strats and a Corporate Credit Sales Strat.

Mr. Amdur received his MA in Mathematics and BA in Mathematics and Physics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
