Albert (Al) Picallo is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies group. Mr. Picallo joined Blackstone in 2022 and is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate underwriting. Previously, Mr. Picallo was a Managing Director at CBRE where he was Head of Underwriting and Advisory and was responsible for overseeing the firm’s third-party underwriting and due diligence platform. 

During his career, Mr. Picallo has focused on the origination, structuring, due diligence and underwriting of complex commercial real estate transactions across all property types and risk profiles.

Mr. Picallo received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida.
