Adam Bauman is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies ("BREDS") on the Portfolio Strategy team, based in New York. Mr. Bauman oversees asset allocation for the firm's insurance clients and other investment grade portfolios across public and private real estate debt investments.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Bauman worked at BlackRock, where he was most recently responsible for investing in Asset-Backed Securities within the Fundamental Fixed Income business.
Mr. Bauman graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Operations from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
