Adam Bauman is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Securities group, part of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) group, where he focuses on liquid debt investments for insurance clients.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Bauman worked at BlackRock, where he was most recently responsible for investing in Asset-Backed Securities within the Fundamental Fixed Income business.

Mr. Bauman graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Operations from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
