Michele Raba is the Head of European Private Equity at Blackstone, having joined in 2026. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Raba was the Lead Partner for European Private Equity at Apollo Global Management having joined in 2010.
Mr. Raba has been involved in several European private equity investments prior to joining Blackstone including Lottomatica, Watches of Switzerland, Allwyn, Gala Coral, Braas Monier, Oldenburgische Landesbank, Nova KBM, Summit Leasing Slovenia, KBS Banka, Ingenico, Reno De Medici and Gamenet, among others.
Before joining Apollo Global Management, Mr. Raba was at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division in London.
Mr. Raba graduated from Bocconi University with a BA and a MSc in Finance, and achieved cum laude. Mr. Raba is the Chairman of Westminster Synagogue in London.
