Gregory Uffner is a Managing Director in the Legal and Compliance Group, focusing on Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA). Mr. Uffner oversees legal matters for the Multi-Strategy Platform within BXMA.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Uffner worked as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he advised hedge and private equity sponsors and investors on a broad range of transactional, fund formation, regulatory and corporate matters.
Mr. Uffner received a Dual BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
