Erin O'Callaghan is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance Group and serves as head transactional counsel for Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies business.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2020, Ms. O’Callaghan was counsel at Argentic Investment Management and a Managing Director at Five Mile Capital Partners and in each case she served in a similar role. Prior to Argentic and Five Mile, she practiced real estate law at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP.
Ms. O’Callaghan received a BA cum laude from Fairfield University and a JD cum laude from New York Law School.
