Hilary Thorndike is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI), based in New York. Ms. Thorndike is a member of BXCI’s Capital Markets team, where she focuses on coinvestment activities.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Ms. Thorndike spent nine years at BlackRock, where she held roles focused on private markets origination and liquid credit business development across institutional clients. She previously worked in Client Coverage at Oak Hill Advisors and in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.
Ms. Thorndike received an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business.
