Laura Coady is a Senior Managing Director and the Global Head of CLOs and European Head of Liquid Strategies for Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in London.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Ms. Coady worked at Jefferies for 5 years, where she built the International Securitised Markets business and was Global Head of CLOs. Prior to that Ms. Coady spent 14 years at Citi, most recently as Head of European CLO Structuring, Origination & Distribution.
Ms. Coady graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree International.
